All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and pre-owned designer pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, fit, sizing, color preference, or the condition of a pre-owned item as described in its listing.

Each piece is carefully selected and described to the best of our ability. Because our inventory consists of vintage and previously owned items, natural signs of age, wear, patina, fading, variations, and other characteristics consistent with the item's history may be present. These qualities are considered part of the character and uniqueness of vintage and pre-owned pieces and are not considered defects when reasonably disclosed in the product description or photographs.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, condition notes, and other product information before placing an order. Please contact us with any questions about an item prior to purchase.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only until an order has been fulfilled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before fulfillment; however, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be processed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

We take care to accurately represent each item through its photographs, description, measurements, and condition notes.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, materially different from the item described, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please contact us promptly upon delivery and provide photographs and details of the issue.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. If an issue is determined to have resulted from an error on our part, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
