When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within [3–5 business days] of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
What is the return policy?
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and pre-owned designer pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, fit, sizing, color preference, or the condition of a pre-owned item as described in its listing.
How often do we release products?
BADGREEN releases one new collection per month through our online store.

How do I set up a private appointment?
We currently do not offer a public method for private shopping or rental appointments.
